Sometimes it's hard to persuade clients that usability improvements are
a worthwhile expense. Here are some concrete examples of usability improvements
bringing a return on investment. Naturally they're written by usability
companies, but usually endorsed by their clients.

Jakob reckons that good usability will increase the sales/conversion rate
by 100% and the traffic/visitor count by 150%. The guy genrally knows

companies making massive gains from usability improvements, including
big names like Schwab and Disney.
