will get it removed, even if it takes a while.

Sites Against Child Pornography
This organization is run by the (US) sex site industry. It's not as daft as it seems,
reporting sites to people in the business. They've got the contacts to get them
removed. But it's better to report them direct to the police and similar authorities, because then the perpetrators are logged and filed rather than simply disappearing.
